Aloha everyone, right as things were finally back to normal, production was no longer an issue after the last tech visit. During routine printhead cleaning, the printer started smoking. (keep in mind this was a brand new printer when we bought it less than a year ago). It is pretty much dead at this point. All orders that were affected have been refunded. We will be ordering a smaller printer, to allow for smaller production for our patreon members in the near future, but TCGMetalZ currently will remain closed until we can get a new printer that worked as well as the one we had before the fire. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this is for you. It has been the most stressful part of my life at the moment, trying to keep a steady production schedule with this $80,000 piece of junk.
